Manchester’s Ultimate Beer Garden Crawl!

As we know Manchester isn’t famous for its tropical climate or soaring heatwaves, but at the minute its not doing too badly!

The sun is shining so make the most of it at the following beer gardens and rooftop terraces! It’s the best way to enjoy the sunshine in Manchester this weekend!

1. Mr Thomas’s Chop House, St Ann’s Square

Start off in the peaceful and picturesque St Ann’s Square, the perfect place for the 1st relaxing pint and some decent pub grub to line your stomach!

2. El Gato Negro Tapas, King Street

Grab a cocktail in this impressive King Street restaurant, the top-floor boasts a retractable roof that shows off the Manchester skyline. Sit back and soak up the sun!

3. Manchester House, Spinningfields

Take things up a notch and head over to the Level 12 lounge bar at Aiden Byrne’s fine dining restaurant in Spinningfields. The cocktails are around £10 and its at least £4.75 a pint but its worth it for the knockout views across the city below.

One of the largest beer gardens in the city attracts many sun-seekers during the summer months, there is often musicians in the evening and a pavilion-style roof for those who want to shade bathe!

9. Barca, Castlefield

The chilled out decking area of Barca includes an extra-large barbecue, outdoor bar and non-stop tunes. Next to the canal its a perfect summer spot for a pint or cocktail!

Last but not least, surely one of Manchester’s favourite beer gardens! Right on the Rochdale Canal tow path, Dukes 92 has recently undergone £1m renovation, chill here with a well deserved pint!
