All you need to create your atoozee local account is an e-mail address and a password. To create your account simply register via the Login/Register button at the top of the site.

You can access your account anytime by clicking on Your Account at the top of each page.

Please always use the same e-mail address and password to log in to Your Account. You don’t need separate accounts for different devices or computers.

After creating your account you’ll be able to:

  • Check your Atoozee Local order history
  • View your Vouchers
  • Update your Deal Preferences
  • Manage your E-mail Subscription settings
  • Change your password
  • Edit your account settings and payment methods. 

 

Within your account you can update your name, e-mail address, password, and payment methods in a few steps.

 Your preferences are subject to the atoozee local Privacy Notice. If you haven’t set your location preferences, we use addresses from your atoozee Address Book for your recommendations.

You can subscribe to our e-mails to receive regular updates on our deals.

You will automatically be enrolled in our deal emails upon subscription

Note: If you’ve signed up for an e-mail subscription but aren’t receiving e-mails for it, please ensure that your e-mail address is correct in Account Settings in Your Account. You may also want to check your junk or spam e-mail folders, as some e-mail providers can route mail to these folders.

Resolve E-mail Delivery Problems

If a gift voucher isn’t available one day after the delivery date or you aren’t receiving subscription e-mails that you’ve signed up for, there are a few things you can check.

  • Spam or junk folders
  • The e-mail address entered

You can contact us if the e-mail isn’t in a spam or junk folder, of if you would like to update the e-mail address associated with the gift voucher or subscription.

Unsubscribe from Deal E-mails

You can set your preferences to stop receiving deal e-mails from Atoozee Local.

To unsubscribe from deal e-mails, do one of the following click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any deal e-mail.

You will still receive transactional e-mails, like those related to your Atoozee Local account or purchases.

You can contact us if you would like to cancel a voucher.

 If you’d like to cancel a voucher:

  1. Review the guidelines in “Atoozee Local Deal Guarantee”.
  2. If the requirements for a refund are met, please contact us.

 About Our Refund Policy

Most unused vouchers are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Vouchers for tickets, events and travel are subject to some restrictions. If a business closes permanently, we’ll always refund any unused vouchers.

 Tickets and Events

Many event vouchers can’t be refunded unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If a voucher is non-refundable, it will be clearly stated before you confirm your order.

 Travel

Unused travel or hotel vouchers are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the promotional value hasn’t yet expired and you haven’t made your reservation. Once you make your reservation, you may not be eligible for a refund. You can check the “What You Need to Know” section of the deal for specific conditions.

When you buy a deal on the website, we’ll send you a voucher redeemable for the goods or services listed. You can check the Small Print section of individual deals for redemption instructions, business and ticket provider contact information, purchase limits, expiration dates, and more.

Your purchased vouchers can be found in Your Orders. You’ll need to sign in to Your Account to see them. Most vouchers can be used from the day after your purchase.

You’ll need to print your voucher and take it with you when redeeming, or display it on your smartphone or other mobile device. Remember to check your voucher for redemption instructions, such as scheduling requirements, locations where it can be used, and expiration dates.

Most vouchers require that you use the entire value in a single visit, but some businesses allow partial uses of vouchers. For vouchers which can be partially used, if you don’t spend your entire voucher on a visit, the amount you redeem will be applied against the total value of the voucher until it has a balance of zero pounds. The total value of your voucher must be spent prior to the expiration date printed on your voucher. Most businesses don’t provide cash back for unused portions of vouchers.

Note: You must redeem your voucher before or on the date specified on the voucher as it won’t be redeemable afterwards. Unless otherwise specified in the voucher terms, you won’t be eligible to receive a refund from the business that sold the deal, or use the voucher if you fail to redeem it before or on the date printed on your voucher.

As a convenience to our customers, Atoozee Local changes the status of vouchers when we receive redemption information from the business. If you believe an error has been made, please contact the business. If you’re unable to resolve the problem with the business, please Contact Us.

Voucher not Received

If your voucher hasn’t been received one day after the delivery date or you aren’t receiving subscription e-mails that you’ve signed up for, there are a few things you can check.

Resolve a Payment Decline

If there’s an issue with your payment card, we’ll notify you via e-mail.

To resolve a payment decline:

  1. Go to Your Vouchers.
  2. Click the link provided next to the impacted order to update your payment information.

You can still complete your purchase if you update your payment information within seven days of purchase.
