A brand new restaurant, bar and event space, District House, has opened its doors on Liverpool’s Water Street.
The site that was previously Newz Bar and then Amanzi launched on 14th July and was welcoming customers as part of a soft launch period prior to that date.
The venue boasts a cocktail bar plus a large event space for up to 600 guests, the restaurant offers breakfast and brunch from 8am-3pm, an express lunch menu from 12 noon-5pm and dinner from 5pm til close.
If you fancy a giving the restaurant a try, the menu features some delicious dishes. Feast on avocado with cherry tomato crostini and teriyaki chicken from the small bites menu or how about a smoked salmon ballotine stuffed with crab and cream cheese with caviar and dill oil.
Starters range from £4.50 to £9, with mains coming in from £10 to £18
The joint management team behind the project are directors of Know Restaurants Water St, Steven Hesketh and Andrew Duckworth. They have created 60 jobs and seen a total of £1m invested in the brand. To find out more call 0151 236 6141.
